STRIVE Fest
STRIVE Fest is just around the corner, and we can't wait to celebrate in true ODA style!
Come and enjoy the fun activities, fantastic food, and of course, amazing face painting!
Want to skip the wait? Sign-up by Monday 23rd June 2025 for priority face painting and get ready to sparkle and shine! Our goal is to complete as many children as possible before STRIVE Fest begins at 2 PM. Any children not finished before the start will be prioritised once the event is underway. Children will be able to choose from a selection of designs on the day.
Remember to bring lots of water, suncream, etc. - it looks like it will be hot!
Show us your cooking skills and share the love!
One of the things that makes this festival so special is the incredible array of food donations from families for our buffet. If you are able to donate any home-cooked delights, please fill out the short survey by clicking here and we will be in touch.
STRIVE Fest Performances
As we know, STRIVE Fest will be taking place on Wednesday 25th June 2025. To help showcase the hard work of many of our students a few clubs have been selected to perform during the festival. These clubs are KS1 Dance Club, KS2 Dance Club, KS2 Musical Theatre, Choir and our winners of ODA's Got Talent!
The children performing in ODA's Got Talent will be communicated on Monday. Below is the running order for when the children will be performing. Please check if your child is involved in these clubs and try and ensure they are by the main stage at least 5 minutes before their performance time. We cannot wait for you to see the incredible performances from our children!
- KS1 Dance Club: 2:50- 2:55
- KS2 Dance Club: 3:00-3:05
- Musical Theatre: 3:10-3:15
- ODA’s Got Talent Winners: 3:25-3:45
- Choir: 3:50-4:00
Enfield District Sports Athletics Event
This past Monday, 24 of our top Key Stage 2 athletes took part in the annual Enfield District Sports Athletics event at the fantastic Lee Valley Athletics Stadium. Made up of students from Year 3 to Year 6, the group represented ODA fantastically on the day and showed plenty of #effort in all of their races.
A huge thank you to Prince and Melvyn for leading the Athletics Team and a big thank you to all of the parents and carers who supported the ODA team!
Tottenham Hotspur Next Generation Football Event
12 lucky Year 6 students took part in the Tottenham Hotspur Next Generation Football event today (Friday 20th June) at the world-class Tottenham Hotspur training ground in Enfield. The children were blown away by the amazing facilities and were trained by some of Tottenham's youth coaching staff. The students were a credit to ODA and the staff at Tottenham commented on the students' listening skills and their application of the learnt skills.
HAF - Summer 2025 vouchers
The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) is running once again during the Summer holidays. The HAF vouchers will be emailed out to all eligible families on Thursday 26th June 2025 and this year’s programme runs between 21st July – 29th August 2025, excluding weekends. Eligible families are those in receipt of benefits related to Free School Meals (FSM). Please see the attached letter to parents/carers from Enfield Council.
