Operations Manager
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Operations Manager to help develop our new school. We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude who will thrive serving the needs of our school community. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to help grow One Degree Academy and to be part of something profound and special.
In your role, you would:
- manage the operations of the academy, ensuring the highest operational standards are implemented.
- line manage operational staff and lead effectively.

Want to Jump to the Top of the Waiting List?
For most year groups, we operate a waiting list that’s updated with every new application. Families eligible for Pupil Premium (low-income households) are automatically placed at the top of this list, regardless of where they live. If you think you may qualify and would like assistance, please email admissions@onedegreeacademy.org or call us at 020 3150 1144. We’ll be happy to help you secure a place at One Degree Academy. You will need to complete the Pupil Premium application form here.

No Catchment Area for Lower Income Families
There is no catchment area for families eligible for Pupil Premium (low-income households). These families are given priority admission or go to the top of our waiting list, regardless of their address. Please complete the Pupil Premium application form here. Then call us on 020 3150 1144 and we can help you see if you qualify as Pupil Premium.

Like other primary schools, we have an admissions policy, linked below. Depending on your child's age, the application process differs slightly:
🆕 Nursery - Before Primary School (Ages 2-3)
We are pleased to invite families to register an expression of interest for ODA’s new 2-3 year old Nursery, which will begin in April 2026. Applications should go live at the start of February 2026.
If you would like to find out more about our provision or be kept informed about availability and next steps, please complete an Expression of Interest form by 29th January 2026.
Open Morning for April 2026 Intake (Ages 2-3)
We are pleased to invite families of children interested in starting Nursery in April 2026 to attend our Nursery Opening Morning at ODA on 12th February 2026, 9:00-10:00am. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit the setting, learn more about our Nursery provision and hear from our team about what makes ODA #ProudlyDifferent.
Places must be booked in advance here. Please ensure you reserve your space by 10th February 2026.
Nursery - Before Primary School (Ages 3-4)
We do not currently have any spaces in our Nursery.
For nursery places in September 2026, applications should go live in February 2026 and we will be hosting tours around this time (see info below under "Open Morning"). If you would like to be notified when spaces arise and when applications open, then please complete our Expression of Interest form here. This will mean that our team will contact you when any places become available and applications go live.

In-Year Admissions - Reception to Year 6 (Ages 4-11)
To apply during the school year for a place in Reception or any other year group, you can submit your application directly to us. Some year groups currently have limited spaces, so be sure to complete the in-year admissions form to apply. If you have any questions, please contact admissions@onedegreeacademy.org.
Reception - The First Year of Primary School (Ages 4+)
To apply for your child to start Reception (children aged 4 by September), submit an application through Enfield Council here.
