School Tours - Reception 2026
One Degree Academy will be holding school tours for our Reception 2026 intake from 9.00am to 10.00am on Tuesday, 9th December.

📅 Term Dates & Other Calendar Items
All the term dates for 2026/27, accurate end-of-term timings and the Christmas performances are now available on the Parent Calendar and on our website. Please note that there have been some adjustments to staff training days for 2026/27 so they align better with our assessment cycles.
As you know, at ODA we are always making small, incremental improvements to ensure we get better one degree at a time. These changes have been made to benefit your children’s learning.
💜 Uniform - Winter Accessories
As the colder weather approaches, we’ve noticed an increase in accessories that do not meet ODA’s uniform expectations. Please ensure that all accessories such as hats, scarves, gloves and earmuffs match the school colours. For more information, please refer to the uniform page on our school website.
🪀 Tilly and Taj Tots
If you have a child who is under three, we would love to welcome you to join us each Wednesday 8:20-9:30am for Tilly and Taj Tots, a stay and play session for under-3s. Please email the school office (parents@onedegreeacademy.org) if you would like more details and to attend.
☃️ Winter HAF Programme (Free School Meal Parents/Carers)
We would like to inform you that as part of Enfield Council’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF), children in receipt of benefits related to Free School Meals (FSM) will be able to access free holiday camps and activities during the winter school holidays.
Activities will include a range of sports and physical activities, enrichment activities, healthy living activities and lunch each day. You can book to attend up to 4 sessions, choosing between the 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th & 31st December 2025.
The HAF vouchers will be emailed out to all eligible families on Tuesday 25th November 2025. Please note, the email will not be from One Degree Academy.
