As usual at the end of term, ODA will close earlier than normal. On 17 July, EYFS and KS1 will finish at 14:00, and KS2 will finish at 14:10.
ODA After School Clubs and Sudhi Clubs are now finished for the academic year. Please ensure your child is collected at the regular time next week.
The information regarding ODA After School Clubs for the 2026/27 academic year will be released in September 2026.
All medication we have in the medical cupboard will be returned to students on the last day of term in their bags. New care plans will need to be completed on MCAS for the next academic year in September, if you wish to bring them back to be administered. No medication can be kept in school over the summer holidays.
As we know, STRIVE Fest will be taking place on Wednesday 15th July, 2:30-4PM. We are so looking forward to celebrating our community!
A few key things to remember:

To help showcase the hard work of many of our students, a few clubs have been selected to perform during the festival. These clubs are KS1 Dance Club, KS2 Dance Club, Choir and our winners of ODA's Got Talent!
The children performing in ODA's Got Talent are listed below. We want to thank every student who auditioned and participated. We were truly blown away! Below is the running order for when the children will be performing. Please check if your child is involved in these clubs and ensure they are by the main stage at least 5 minutes before their performance time. We cannot wait for you to see the incredible performances from our children!
One of our favourite things to do is celebrate the diversity and talents of our school through not only performances and games but through a love of food. Each year we are blown away by the generosity of our donations of home-cooked, delicious treats from parents and carers. To help us manage the event better, please sign up here if you plan on making a dish for the event. Our team will then contact you closer to the time about plans for the day. Food should be dropped off at the school office on Wednesday morning at 8am. Any questions, please speak to Maria.

The much-anticipated Year 6 end-of-year production will take place at 6:30pm on Tuesday 14th July in The Hall. With an original script and a medley of songs, Bournemouth Class can promise you a night of games, glamour and fierce competition - it is not to be missed!
Tickets cost £1 and each student can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets; we ask that siblings of students in Year 6 also purchase a ticket.
Friday 3rd July: tickets go on sale on MCAS to Year 6 parents and carers only.
Wednesday 8th July: tickets will be open to all year groups.

The Government has recently expanded certain eligibility requirements so that more families may now qualify for financial support from ODA.
We encourage all parents and carers to complete our eligibility check, even if you do not think you qualify. The process is quick, confidential and could provide valuable benefits for your child.
To check your eligibility, please complete the form here (please note, although the form mentions Free School Meals, it helps us establish wider benefits beyond what that implies): https://fsm.lgfl.net/app
Ultra Sport will be running fun-filled summer activities during the summer holidays. Please see the flyer (jpeg / pdf) and application form if you would like your child to attend.
